The staff is friendly and goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service. The breakfast, served on the open rooftop, offers a magnificent view of the Vatican in the distance.

No improvements needed, everything was superb.

The hotel is conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and major attractions. We could easily walk to the Spanish Steps and the Metro station within a few minutes. The staff was helpful in getting us taxis early in the morning for our train station transfers. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the continental breakfast offered a good variety.
